Hi. Thanks for the video. My quesadtion is would Ia0get the same benadeadfit using really good push up stdans. Ia0don’t have paradaladletes yet. My push up stdans are really staadble with aa0strong round base and are as high as the bars you used in thea0video.In response to the quesadtion you asked. I’m always lookading for ways to gain bodyadweight strength. I’m aa0maradtial artist and aa0musiadcian so Ia0don’t want to gain too much mass. Ia0just want to get strong and flexadiadble and for once be injury free. With my genetadics once Ia0start liftading weights and gain size very easadily even wit light weight. Most guys wish for that but it’s aa0curse being aa0pianist
